City of Morenci

The City of Morenci is pleased to welcome Bailey Brandly as the newest member of the Morenci Police Department.

Bailey is a graduate of Onsted High School and will graduate in May from Siena Heights University with an associate degree in psychology. She recently completed the required entrance testing for the police academy and was selected to attend the upcoming Washtenaw Community College Police Training Academy beginning in May.

City Council approved Bailey’s full-time employment with the Morenci Police Department at its April 13 meeting. She began with the department on April 20, and will complete orientation before starting academy training.

Following successful completion of the academy and field training, Bailey will continue her service as a full-time police officer with the City of Morenci.

The City is excited to welcome Bailey to the team and looks forward to supporting her as she begins her law enforcement career serving the Morenci community.
