CITY OF MORENCI  PUBLIC NOTICE  Public Accuracy  Voting Machine Test  Notice is hereby given that the Public Accuracy Test for the  February 27th 2024 Presidential Primary Election  has been scheduled for  Thursday, February 22, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.  in City Hall, 118 Orchard Street, Morenci, MI 49256     The Public Accuracy Test is conducted to determine that the program and the computer being used to tabulate the results of the election counts the votes in the manner prescribed by law. Cold Weather Precautions
City of Morenci: Police Chief Michael Creswell has lifted the snow emergency for the City of Morenci effectively immediately. Motorists should remain cautious due to the blowing and drifting. Thank you to the Department of Public Works for clearing the City streets.
City of Morenci: Police Chief Michael Creswell is extending the snow emergency until noon tomorrow, Sunday, January 14.  During a snow emergency, parking on city streets is not permitted. Vehicles must be parked on private property or in a municipal parking lot.
