Morenci Middle/High School is proud to recognize the 2025-2026 Student of the Year recipients. This award honors students who consistently demonstrate excellence in academics, strong work habits, positive attitudes, participation in school activities, and outstanding attendance. Teachers selected the recipients based on their dedication, character, and commitment to success both inside and outside the classroom.
“I am incredibly proud of these students and the example they set for others each day,” said Jonathan Miller, Principal of Morenci Middle/High School. “Their hard work, leadership, and commitment to ‘The Bulldog Way’ make a positive impact on our school community.”
This year’s recipients include: 6th Grade Liam Overmyer, 7th Grade Nathan Sandusky, 8th Grade Madelyn Barnhart, 9th Grade Makinley Valentine, 10th Grade Harrison Sarnac, 11th Grade Colbie Ekins, 12th Grade, Katelyn Ruse.
