The Morenci Middle and High School Athletic Department is excited to announce a new partnership with FinalForms, an online forms and data management platform designed to simplify the athletic registration process for student-athletes and their families.
Beginning this school year, all parents and guardians of students planning to participate in athletics at Morenci Middle and High School are asked to create a FinalForms account and complete their student's athletic registration online.
FinalForms provides a convenient, secure way for families to complete and electronically sign required athletic participation forms. One of the system's greatest advantages is that it securely stores information from season to season and year to year, eliminating the need to repeatedly enter the same information. The platform also automatically pre-populates applicable fields, making future registrations faster and more efficient.
Parents may review and update their information at any time to ensure records remain accurate. Electronic signatures are required annually and whenever information is updated.
"We are excited to bring FinalForms to Morenci Athletics," said Athletic Director Erin Ekins. "This new system will make the registration process more convenient for our families while helping us improve efficiency and maintain accurate records for our student-athletes."

The Morenci Athletic Department encourages all families with students planning to participate in athletics during the 2026-2027 school year to complete their FinalForms registration as soon as possible.
