Morenci student Lillian Harsh recently took her learning beyond the classroom by participating in a week-long internship through Lenawee Now’s 2026 Externship and Internship Program.
The program helps connect students with local career experiences, giving them an opportunity to explore the workforce, learn more about potential career paths, and gain valuable real-world experience.
Lillian completed her internship with Jebee, a career and college search app designed for teens. She decided to participate because she knew the experience would be a great addition to her resume and future college applications.
During the week, Lillian had the opportunity to sit in on meetings, experience the day-to-day work environment, and help identify bugs within the Jebee app.
