To bring the lesson to life, students welcomed Doug Spade, his service dog Major, and business partner Mike Clement to the classroom. Doug shared his experiences living with blindness, and students could ask questions, learn about Major’s important role as a working service dog, and better understand experiences that may differ from their own.
It was a great lesson in respect, understanding, and resilience, all important parts of the Bulldog Way! 🤍🐾
